The family business cultivates the vineyards around Schiltern on an area of 9 hectares. The winegrower's house is framed by 5 pretty maple trees. Sage and lavender provide spicy aromas in the circular beds below. The wines are also a well-rounded affair. Among others, the Grüner Veltliner and Riesling, which are typical of the region, thrive excellently in Schiltern. Thanks to the sensitive treatment, even the sensitive Pinot Noir grows in the vineyards. However, a connection to the earth can also be felt in the cellar in the wine cellar lane, where, in addition to the wines, the mighty and overgrown loess wall is also impressive.
