Hand-picked fruit from the garden, the region and orchards is processed by Carina Schneider. Local fruit varieties are sometimes combined with exotic fruits to create unusual compositions. The fruit is carefully heated, stirred and bottled in small batches. Cobaneshof jams, grape jellies and syrups are characterized by a high fruit content and a pleasant sweetness. The varieties go well with breakfast, cheese, desserts or other occasions.
