WEINWEG Langenlois

The WEINWEG Langenlois leads through the well-known Langenlois vineyards of Dechant, Käferberg, Steinhaus and Schenkenbichl and invites you on a journey of discovery through the exciting and challenging "workplace" of the vineyard. It allows visitors to immerse themselves in the everyday life and thoughts of the winegrowers and discover what makes up the work, joys and worries of a winegrower's life. Visitors get to know the Kamp Valley ("Kamptal" in German) wine-growing region, the Langenlois winegrowers and wines and learn all kinds of interesting facts about cultivating the vines. The winegrowing themes are supported by some spectacular objects and sculptures: a meter-long earthworm bores its way through the vineyard and accompanies the theme of soil cultivation, a giant sectarian vibrating platform becomes a viewing platform, a swing invites visitors to observe the weather and much more. A special extra for wine hikers are the so-called "wine safes", in which well-chilled sparkling wine and wine are available for tasting.
